New Cryopreservation Medium

The new cryopreservation medium produced by Solarbio is applicable to the cryopreservation and preservation of various mammalian animal primary cells, passaged cell lines, and hybridoma cells. This product is ready-to-use reagent, with stable storag and convenient handling and high cell survival rate. Instructions: Fully digest adherent cells or add it to resuspend cells after the final centrifuge, aliquot into cryovials and seal and label them. Follow standard protocols for sequential cooling: 4°C → -20°C → -80°C, then proceed to liquid nitrogen storage or use a programmable freezer for stepwise cryopreservation.
