Principle: Yeast infusion，peptone and beef powder provide carbon and nitrogen sources，vitamins and growth factors; Glucose and maltose are fermentable sugars; Disodium phosphate is used as a buffer; L-cysteine hydrochloride is a reducing component; Potassium acetate and L-malic acid provide metabolic ion sources; Tween 80 is a neutralizing agent; Chlorophenol red is an indicator dye; Agar is a coagulant of the culture medium. Usage: Weigh 66. 3g of this product，add 500ml of distilled water and 500ml of degassed beer，heat and stir to dissolve，boil for 1 minute to dissolve it thoroughly，autoclave at 121°C for 15 minutes，and set aside.
