The Mycoplasma Rapid Test Kit (for cell culture) is a reagent specifically designed to rapidly detect the presence of mycoplasma contamination in cell culture supernatants or other liquid samples (e. g. , serum). This kit is simple to operate, the reaction time is short, only need to aspirate 1 μl of cell culture supernatant into the reaction system, incubate at 60°C for 1 h, and the results can be judged by visual observation, which has obvious advantages over the traditional PCR method for the detection of mycoplasma. The above 13 mycoplasma species account for more than 99% of mycoplasma cytoplasma contamination. The vast majority of mycoplasma contamination is concentrated in the first 8 species. Therefore, it is very suitable for daily mycoplasma detection in scientific research laboratories and enterprises related to cell biology.
