1. Ensure the reagent is completely thawed before use. Gently invert and mix thoroughly. Avoid creating bubbles during mixing. 2. BeyoFast? Probe qPCR Mix (2X) and Primer Probe Mix contain fluorescent dyes. Store this product away from strong light and avoid intense light exposure during PCR setup to minimize fluorescence quenching. 3. Testing indicates that 10 freeze-thaw cycles do not significantly affect performance. However，repeated freeze-thaw cycles should be avoided whenever possible，as they may degrade product performance. 4. This product is suitable for routine qPCR assays in 96-well plates (recommended reaction volume: 20 μl) or 384-well plates (recommended reaction volume: 10 μl). This kit amplifies and detects 39 Mycoplasma species while remaining negative for bacterial，fungal，and eukaryotic DNA.
