This product is mainly composed of three distinct classes of antibiotics: macrolides, quinolones, and tetracycline derivatives. By effectively interfering protein synthesis and DNA replication of mycop;asma, it can inhibit mycoplasma growth efficiently. This product is a mixture, which can effectively prevent mycoplasma contamination and common bacteria contamination in cell culture. It can substitute dual antibiotic in routine cell culture with better effect, lower working concentration and cytotoxicity. Product Property 1. Its efficiency is high, can prevent mycoplasma contamination effectively. 2. Working concentration is low, and the cytotoxicity is low. It is applicable to various cell lines. 3. It is easy to use. Just add it in a ratio of 1:1000 into the medium. 4. Effect Validation The prevention effect of this product has been validated by multiple cell lines including but not limited to HeLa, 293T, A549, MCF-7, CHO, K562, Sp2/0, BHK-21, Vero, etc. It also works well on primary cell culture. It is safe and liable, does not affect cell proliferation. Notes 1. Thaw the product to RT before use. Mix and disinfect the exterior packaging and place it in the laminar flow hood for later use. 2. It is recommanded to store in small portions at -20℃. Use as needed. Store at 2-8℃ for 1 week. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
