Mycoplasma Elimination Reagent

Product Introduction: This product primarily contains two classes of antibiotic components: quinolones and macrolides, interfering DNA replication and protein synthesis respectively, to achieve good elimination effect on mycoplasma. This product is of low toxicity to cells and cell activity. Product Properties: 1. Of high mycoplasma clearance efficiency. 2. Commonly applicable to various cells. 3. Of low cytotoxicity and do not effect cell growth. 4. Easy to use. Just add into double-antibiotic-free medium in the ratio of 1:100. Effect Validation: This product is safe, effective and reliable. It has been validated that this product can eliminate mycoplasma in various cell strains such as HeLa, 293T, A549, MCF-7, CHO, K562, Sp2/0, BHK-21, Vero, etc. It works well on primary culture cells, too. It does not affect cell activity. Notes: 1. Please ensure the packaging is well sealed before use. Mix thoroughly after thawing. Disinfect with 70% alcohol and place it in a laminar flow hood for later use. 2. It is recommanded to pack in small portions at -20℃, Use freshly. It can be stored at 2-8℃ for 1 week. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing. 3. Depending on circumstances, change the medium every 2-4 days after adding the mycoplasma elimination reagent. Treatment can last for 10-14 days. Dury the treatment, Sample for mycoplasma detection. It is recommanded to use mycoplasma fast detection kit (Cat. No. : CA1082) to detect elimination effect. Mycoplasma can be fully eliminated in 4 days, with clearance efficiency of up to 100%. 4. If cells are sensitive to antibiotcs, it is suggested to lower using concentration, e. g. , add it in a ratio of 1:1000. 5. For cell lines with fast proliferation, to improve elimination efficiency, it is recommanded to lower cell seeding density, serum concentration, or passage frequency without effecting cell growth. 6. It is recommanded to use mycoplasma prevention reagent (Cat. No. : CA1101) to substitute dual antibiotics for routine cell culture or continued cultivation of mycoplasma-cleared cells
