Lipid phosphatase which dephosphorylates phosphatidylinositol 3-monophosphate (PI3P) and phosphatidylinositol 3，5-bisphosphate (PI(3，5)P2). Has also been shown to dephosphorylate phosphotyrosine- and phosphoserine-containing peptides.
