Mouse TXB2 ELISA Kit

Solarbio ELISA kit uses the quantitative competitive enzyme immunoassay (competitive ELISA) technique. An mouse TXB2 antigen has been pre-coated onto a microplate; Add gradient-diluted standards and pre-diluted samples separately then add a biotin-conjugated antibody specific for mouse TXB2 to allow competitive binding between soluble mouse TXB2 in the samples/standards and the plate-coated mouse TXB2 for the limited antibody binding sites. After washing away any unbound substances horseradish peroxidase (HRP)-conjugated Streptavidin is added to the wells. After extensive washing a tetramethyl-benzidine (TMB) reagent is added to the wells for signal development. A Solution containing sulfuric acid is used to stop color development. The color intensity inversely proportional to the concentration of mouse TXB2 is then measurable at 450nm. You can calculate the concentration of mouse TXB2 in the samples by comparing the O.D. of the samples to the standard curve.
