Mouse SDF-1/CXCL12 ELISA Kit

Solarbio ELISA kit uses the quantitative sandwich enzyme immunoassay technique. An antibody specific for mouse CXCL12/SDF-1 has been pre-coated onto a microplate; Add gradient-diluted standards and pre-diluted samples separately and allow them to fully combine with the specific antibody. After washing away any unbound substances a biotin-conjugated antibody specific for mouse CXCL12/SDF-1 is added to detect the captured mouse CXCL12/SDF-1 protein in the sample. Following a wash to remove any unbound combination horseradish peroxidase (HRP)-conjugated Streptavidin is added to the wells. After extensive washing a tetramethyl-benzidine (TMB) reagent is added to the wells for signal development. A Solution containing sulfuric acid is used to stop color development. The color intensity proportional to the quantity of bound protein is then measurable at 450nm. You can calculate the concentration of mouse CXCL12/SDF-1 in the samples by comparing the O.D. of the samples to the standard curve.
