The Mouse Pan T Cell Sorting Kit employs the principle of immunomagnetic bead-based cell separation. Using a negative selection approach, it rapidly yields highly purified, bead-free Pan T cells from single-cell suspensions of mouse spleen, lymph nodes, and other tissues within a short timeframe. These cells are ready for direct use in downstream experiments.
