The Mouse Pan B Cell Sorting Kit employs the principle of immunomagnetic bead-based cell sorting. Using a negative selection approach, it rapidly yields highly purified Pan B cells free of magnetic bead markers from single-cell suspensions of mouse spleen, lymph nodes, and other tissues within a short time. These cells are ready for direct use in downstream experiments.
