Mouse NK Cell Sorting Kit (Negative Selection)

This kit employs a negative selection approach to isolate NK cells from mouse spleens via column-free magnetic separation. During the isolation process, antibodies and magnetic beads do not touch NK cells, thereby maximally preserving their pristine state. The kit labels non-NK cells with biotin-conjugated antibodies, incubates the cells with streptavidin-coated magnetic beads for conjugation, and then performs column-free separation via magnetic separation. Target cells can be isolated simply by transferring them to a new tube. The isolated cells are immediately ready for subsequent applications such as flow cytometry, cell culture, and functional assays.
