Mouse Neural Stem Cell Isolation and Culture Kit

(1) Before the formal experiment, it is recommended to use 1-2 normal mice for anatomical simulation training to familiarize yourself with the operational procedures and improve tissue separation efficiency; (2) Throughout the entire tissue separation process, it is advisable to place the tissue-containing dishes on an ice tray/ice box (2-8°C) to maintain a low temperature. However, care must be taken to prevent the tissue and liquid from freezing due to excessive cold, as this could cause tissue damage and impair extraction efficacy; (3) Reagent preparation or aliquoting must strictly adhere to aseptic technique guidelines. After aliquoting, immediately seal the containers with sealing film, use immediately upon removal, and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles or contamination; (4) It is recommended to use T25 flasks or 6 cm dishes that have not been treated with TC. If these are not available, T25 flasks treated with TC may be used. If cells adhere to the flask, this is normal. Gently tap the flask to detach the adherent cells and proceed with digestion. The Mouse Neural Stem Cell Isolation and Culture Kit is specifically designed for the isolation of primary mouse neural stem cells. Upon verification, following the standard operating procedures of this kit, one test can yield one bottle of cells (T25 culture flask), with a cell count exceeding 1×10? cells. When passaged at a 1:2 ratio, the cells can be passaged for 2-3 generations. Immunofluorescence analysis confirms a cell purity (Nestin) exceeding 90%.
