Mouse Naive CD4+ T Cell Sorting Kit (Negative Selection)

This kit employs a negative selection approach to isolate naive CD4+ T cells from mouse spleens via magnetic bead-based sorting without columns. During separation, antibodies and magnetic beads do not come into direct contact with T cells, maximally preserving the pristine state of naive CD4+ T cells. The kit labels non-naive CD4+ T cells using biotin-conjugated antibodies, followed by incubation with streptavidin-magnetic beads for conjugation. Subsequent column-free separation is achieved via magnetic separation. Target cells are simply transferred into a fresh tube for isolation. The isolated cells are immediately ready for downstream applications such as flow cytometry, cell culture, and functional assays.
