Mouse Intestine Organoid Medium

Aliquoted organoid media should be stored at -20℃ for two years to avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles. The thawed medium can be stored at 2-8℃ and is recommended to be used within two weeks. Organoid media contain bacterial and fungal antibiotics. The organoid medium should be thawed in a four-degree freezer, the thawed medium should be mixed upside down and mixed thoroughly, and the medium should be aliquoted in a sterile biosafety cabinet or clean bench, 10ml aliquots are recommended. Store the aliquot medium at -20 ℃, take out the aliquot medium and thaw it before use.
