Mouse IL-1β ELISA Kit

Solarbio ELISA kit uses enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay based on double antibody sandwich method. The anti-mouse IL-1β monoclonal antibody was coated on the enzyme-labeled plate. The mice IL-1β in the gradient diluted standard and the pre-diluted sample were added respectively, and the IL-1β in the standard and the sample was fully bound to the coated antibody on the enzyme-labeled plate. After washing the plate, biotinylated anti-mouse IL-1β antibody was added, and the antibody would bind specifically to the mouse IL-1β in the standard and sample coated with the antibody. After washing the plate, horseradish peroxidase (HRP) labeled streptavidin was added, and the biotin and streptavidin had high non-covalent bonding. After washing the plate, TMB was added. If there were different concentrations of mouse IL-1β in the reaction hole, HRP could change colorless TMB into blue substance of different shades (positive correlation), and the reaction hole would turn yellow after adding the termination solution. Finally, the absorbance (OD) of the reaction hole sample was measured at λmax=450 nm (OD=450 nm). The concentration of mouse IL-1β in the sample was proportional to OD, and the concentration of mouse IL-1β in the sample could be calculated by drawing a standard curve and four-parameter fitting software.
