Mouse Colonic Organoid Medium

Aliquoted organoid media should be stored at -20℃ for two years to avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles. The thawed medium can be stored at 2-8℃ and is recommended to be used within two weeks. Organoid media contain bacterial and fungal antibiotics. The organoid medium should be thawed in a four-degree freezer, the thawed medium should be mixed upside down and mixed thoroughly, and the medium should be aliquoted in a sterile biosafety cabinet or clean bench, 10ml aliquots are recommended. Store the aliquot medium at -20 ℃, take out the aliquot medium and thaw it before use. The Mouse Colon Organoid Medium Set is a complete medium for the expansion and differentiation of mouse colon organoids. The expanded mouse colon organoids are mainly composed of colon stem cells and colon progenitor cells, and the differentiated mouse colon organoids are composed of colon absorptive cells, goblet cells, and a small number of enteroendocrine cells.
