The Mouse Bone Marrow-Derived Macrophage Isolation and Culture Kit is specifically designed for the isolation of primary mouse bone marrow-derived macrophages. Upon verification, following the standard operating procedures of this kit, one test can yield one bottle of cells (T25 culture flask), with a cell count exceeding 1×10? cells. These cells are terminally differentiated cells that do not proliferate. After separation, it is recommended to inoculate them directly into the corresponding culture vessels according to experimental requirements. CD68 Immunofluorescence analysis confirms a cell purity exceeding 90%.
