(1) Before the formal experiment, it is recommended to use 1-2 normal mice for anatomical simulation training to familiarize yourself with the operational procedures and improve tissue separation efficiency; (2) Reagent preparation or aliquoting must strictly adhere to aseptic technique guidelines. After aliquoting, immediately seal the containers with sealing film, use immediately upon removal, and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles or contamination. The Mouse Bone Marrow-Derived Endothelial Progenitor Cell Isolation and Culture Kit is specifically designed for the isolation of primary mouse bone marrow-derived endothelial progenitor cells. Upon verification, following the standard operating procedures of this kit, one test can yield one bottle of cells (T25 culture flask), with a cell count exceeding 1×10? cells. When passaged at a 1:2 ratio, the cells can be passaged for 1-2 generations. Multiple passages are not recommended. CD34 Immunofluorescence analysis confirms a cell purity exceeding 90%.
