Mouse B Cell Sorting Kit (Negative Selection)

This kit employs a negative selection approach to isolate B cells from mouse spleens via column-free magnetic separation. During the isolation process, antibodies and magnetic beads do not come into contact with B cells, maximally preserving their pristine state. The kit labels non-B cells with biotin-conjugated antibodies, incubates the cells with streptavidin-coated magnetic beads for conjugation, and then performs column-free separation via magnetic separation. Target cells are simply transferred into a fresh tube for isolation. The isolated cells are immediately ready for downstream applications such as flow cytometry, cell culture, and functional assays.
