Mouse Airway Organoid Medium

Aliquoted organoid media should be stored at -20℃ for two years to avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles. The thawed medium can be stored at 4℃ and is recommended to be used within two weeks. Organoid media contain bacterial and fungal antibiotics. The organoid medium should be thawed in a four-degree freezer, the thawed medium should be mixed upside down and mixed thoroughly, and the medium should be aliquoted in a sterile biosafety cabinet or clean bench, 10ml aliquots are recommended. Store the aliquot medium at -20 ℃, take out the aliquot medium and thaw it before use. Mouse Tracheal Organoid Medium is a chemically defined cell culture medium used to establish and maintain mouse tracheal organoids derived from mouse tracheal stem cells. The self-renewing epithelial cells of the trachea are driven by the proliferation of basal cells. Mouse tracheal organoids contain basal cells, ciliated cells, secretory cells, and a small number of neuroendocrine cells, so organoids show all the characteristics of the airway. Epithelial cells have great applications in terms of structure, cell type composition, and self-renewal dynamics, and can be used for the study of airway homeostasis and disease.
