Preparation Method : Weigh 51. 5g of the medium and dissolve it completely in 1L of distilled water or deionized water (the preparation volume can be increased or decreased proportionally). Heat to boiling to ensure complete dissolution. Dispense into appropriate containers. Sterilize by autoclaving at 121℃ for 15 minutes.
