The reverse transcription primers are specially designed to contain Oligo d(T)，exhibiting high affinity for Poly A-tailed miRNAs to enable highly efficient RT reactions. This kit demonstrates superior RT efficiency compared to multiple comparable products. Optimized through extensive experimental refinement，the kit is specifically suited for reverse transcription of ultra-trace amounts of miRNA extracted from low-miRNA-content liquid samples such as plasma and serum.
