3. This product is for scientific research only. MiRed Nucleic acid stain is new generation of DNA binding stain applicable for RT-qPCR and High-resolution melting curve (HRM) analysis. This stain is based on aggregation-induced emission (AIE) principle and its special Y-shaped structure. When there is no DNA，this stain in a non-fluorescent free state. Once there is DNA，the stain binds with DNA through its Y -shaped structure and aggregate to emit strong green fluorescence. This character not only ensures low PCR suppression，but also enables detection capabilities for genotyping，heteroduplex analysis，and multiplexing in a single tube during melting curve analysis. MiRed Stain exihits wide excitation and emission spectra，and the spectral characteristics are similar to FAM and SYBR Green I，making this stain compatible with all commercial qPCR instruments. MiRed stain has low PCR suppression and is less prone to produce non-specific amplification. Therefore，MiRed stain is applicable for rapid PCR，and generates stonger PCR amplication signals in a higher concentration range. More importantly，MiRed stain is free of base bias problems. When performing multiplexing in a single tube analysis through melting curve，there is no preference for amplification in low GC regions，which could otherwise lead to an imbalance in the proportion of PCR products. MiRed stain cannot penetrate cell membrane，offering higher safety compared to EvaGreen's low cell membrane permeability. Moreover，dependent laboratory test shows MiRed stain is non-cytotoxic and mutagenic. MiRed demonstrates outstanding performance in real-time monitoring thermophilic helicase-dependent amplification (tHDA) and loop-mediated isothermal amplification (LAMP).
