Minimal Dextrose Medium

Product introduction MD medium (MinimalDextrose) was the basal glucose medium used for culture of the EBY100 strain and preparation of competent cells, and for screening and selective culture of pYD1 vector transformants when tryptophan was not added. MD medium was suitable for EBY100 yeast strain and pYD1 vector. This product does not contain tryptophan. Note: Product information may be optimized and upgraded.
