Milk Exosome

Milk exosome is isolated from fresh milk. As one of exosomes， milk-derived exosome shares the same components with other exosomes. Compared to other exosomes， its resistant glycoprotein (XDH， MUC1， etc. ) and part of surface glycoprotein (FLOT1， ICAM1， EpCAM， etc. ) make it resistent to gastric protease as well as adverse environment such as gastric acid or low pH. Based on various and special advantages， milk exosome has potential to serve as a carrier of oral medication such as protein/peptide/nucleic acid therapeutic agent and small molecule drugs. In addition， with diameter of 30-200n， mmilk exosome loads hundreds of efficient nutrients to release vitality of youthful skin， which shows broad potential in anti-aging and skin care. It can also used as a control in experiment workflow and function research， target modification， loading molecule engineering modification and exosome therapeutic product development.
