M1145 is a selective GAL2 glycopropeptide receptor agonist with a Ki value of 6.55 nM. Compared to GAL1 (Ki = 587 nM), M1145 exhibits a more than 90-fold increased affinity for GAL2 and a 76-fold increased affinity for GAL3 (Ki = 497 nM). M1145 demonstrates an additive effect on glycopropeptide signal transduction.
