High solvent content in the test drug may interfere with the luciferase reaction，affecting the chemiluminescence signal. Solvent interference can be excluded by including a control well containing cell culture medium with the same solvent. Testing indicates that DMSO content below 2% in the final reaction system does not affect the reaction. 4. Use white or black 96-well or 384-well plates for assays. Transparent plates may cause cross-well interference. 5. While the manual provides ATP standard verification methods，such verification is typically unnecessary for routine cell viability assays.
