1. Storage of this product at -20°C will cause a gradual decline in detection efficacy. After one year of storage，its luminescence effect will decrease by approximately 35%. 2. Firefly luciferase activity is highly temperature-sensitive. Therefore，both cells and detection reagents must be equilibrated to room temperature before proceeding with the assay. Thaw and mix the detection reagents at room temperature not exceeding 25°C or in a water bath maintained at 20-25°C prior to use. 3. The detection reagent in this kit contains luciferase，which may gradually inactivate upon repeated freeze-thaw cycles. Although testing shows no significant impact on detection performance after 5 freeze-thaw cycles，for optimal results，aliquot the reagent after the first thaw. Ensure aliquoting containers are free from ATP contamination. During repeated freeze-thaw cycles，minor precipitation may occur in the detection reagent. In such cases，allow the reagent to equilibrate to room temperature and dissolve the precipitate as thoroughly as possible. If insoluble residue remains，centrifuge it off before use; testing confirms this does not affect subsequent detection performance. 4. High solvent content in the drug sample may interfere with the luciferase reaction，thereby affecting the chemiluminescence signal. Solvent interference can be excluded by including a control well containing cell culture medium with solvent. Testing confirms that DMSO concentrations below 2% in the final reaction system do not affect the reaction. 5. Use white or black 96-well or 384-well plates suitable for cell culture during detection. Transparent 96-well or 384-well plates may cause cross-interference between adjacent wells. 6. While the manual provides a method for testing ATP standards，actual measurement of relative cell viability typically does not require ATP standard testing.
