The detection reagent in this kit contains luciferase，which may gradually inactivate with repeated freeze-thaw cycles. Although testing shows no significant impact on detection performance after 5 freeze-thaw cycles，for optimal results，aliquot the reagent after the first thaw. Ensure aliquoting containers are free from ATP contamination. During repeated freeze-thaw cycles，minor precipitation may occur in the assay reagent. In such cases，allow the reagent to equilibrate to room temperature and dissolve the precipitate as much as possible. If insoluble residue remains，centrifuge it off before use. Testing confirms this does not affect subsequent assay performance. 3. High solvent content in the drug under test may interfere with the luciferase reaction，thereby affecting the chemiluminescence signal. Solvent interference can be excluded by including a control well containing cell culture medium with the same solvent. Testing confirms that DMSO concentrations below 2% in the final reaction system do not affect the reaction. 4. Use white or black 96-well or 384-well plates for detection.
