1. Firefly luciferase activity is highly sensitive to temperature. Therefore，both cells and detection reagents must be equilibrated to room temperature before measurement. Detection reagents should be thawed and mixed at room temperature not exceeding 25°C or in a water bath maintained at 20-25°C prior to use. Temperature fluctuations can affect the intensity and stability of the chemiluminescent signal. 2. The detection reagent in this kit contains luciferase，which gradually inactivates upon repeated freeze-thaw cycles. Although testing shows no significant impact on detection efficacy after 5 freeze-thaw cycles，for optimal performance，aliquot the reagent after the first thaw. Ensure aliquoting containers are free from ATP contamination. During repeated freeze-thaw cycles，minor precipitation may occur in the detection reagent. In such cases，allow the reagent to equilibrate to room temperature and dissolve the precipitate as thoroughly as possible. If insoluble residue remains，centrifuge it off before use. Testing has confirmed this does not affect subsequent detection performance.
