1. Storage at -20°C will cause a gradual decline in this product's detection efficacy. After one year of storage，its luminescence will decrease by approximately 40%. Therefore，for more stable luminescence performance，storage at -80°C in the dark is recommended. 2. Firefly luciferase activity is highly temperature-sensitive. Both cells and detection reagents must be equilibrated to room temperature before conducting assays. Thaw and mix the detection reagent at room temperature not exceeding 25°C or in a water bath at 20-25°C before use. Temperature affects both the intensity and stability of the chemiluminescent signal. 3. The detection reagent in this kit contains luciferase，which gradually inactivates with repeated freeze-thaw cycles. Although testing shows that five freeze-thaw cycles do not significantly affect detection performance，for optimal results，aliquot the reagent after the first thaw. Ensure aliquoting containers are free from ATP contamination. Repeated freeze-thaw cycles may cause minor precipitation in the reagent. In such cases，allow the reagent to equilibrate to room temperature and dissolve the precipitate thoroughly. If insoluble residue remains，centrifuge it off before use. Testing confirms this does not affect subsequent detection results.
