For pigmented mice with intracranial blood vessels within the skull，partial thinning of the skull with a cranial drill is recommended prior to clearing for cortical observation; continue grinding until intracranial blood vessels are no longer visible. This product renders the skull of live mice transparent and maintains transparency for an extended period，realizing repeated imaging with a single cranial window for long-term large-field-of-view and high-resolution tracking of neurovascular structures in the cerebral cortex. The operation is user-friendly: sequentially drop three reagents onto the mouse skull followed by UV curing to achieve long-term skull optical clearing. It is applicable to researches on cerebrovascular morphological and functional imaging，cerebral microenvironment monitoring，transcranial phototherapy as well as optogenetics.
