Living Tissue Cell Preservation Solution

Storing at -20℃ for long-term storage， for 1 year. Thawed product can be stored at 4℃ for 2 weeks while keeping stable. RT thawing or 4℃ overnight thaw is acceptable. Spliting into portions and store at -20℃ under sterile condition is recommanded. This product has already contained antibiotic for fungi and bacteria. This product is suitable for short-term storage or transportation of primary tissue samples, which avoid cell apoptosis or death during storage and transportation, making sure the function and vitality of stem cells. This product keeps cytoactivity of most cells in primary tissue sample for more than 48 hours at 2-8℃, significantly reducing saple waste from separation to experiment, effictively improving success rate of establishing various types of primary tissue cultures. This preservation solution is widely used for storage and transportation of the tumor or normal tissue samples from mammalian such as human and mouse before primary culture.
