This set contains two products: (1) BC6435-100T/96S aspartate aminotransferase / aspartate aminotransferase (GOT/AST) activity assay kit (Reitman-Frankel Method). (2) BC6425-100T/96S alanine aminotransferase/alanine aminotransferase (GPT/ALT) activity assay kit (Reitman-Frankel Method). AST and ALT are important classical indicators of liver function detection. This set can detect the AST and ALT enzyme activity of 96 samples.
