Lipo5000 Prime DNA/siRNA transfection reagent is the updated product of Lipo 5000 plasmid DNA transfection reagent. It incorporates conformation-variable lipid molecules that can effectively transfect siRNA/miRNA. Therefore，this reagent can effectively transfect plasmid DNA，as well as small molecular nucleic acid such as siRNA，miRNA，inhibitor. This reagent exhibits stronge transfection performance，it is able to transfect DNA，siRNA，miRNA，etc. into most adherent cells and suspension cells. For some adherent cells，the transfection rate of plasmid DNA can reach more than 90%. The transfection positivity rate can reach 95%. Even for those difficult to transfect，such as nerve cells HT-22，N2A，Glial cells BV2，macrophages Raw264.7，leukemia cells K562，colon cancer cells HCT116，SW480，gastric cancer cells，etc. ，it shows significant transfection effect. This reagent is made of degradable materials and is less toxic to cells. No apparent cells death occured after transfection. This product is easy to use，just mix the transfection reagent and DNA/siRNA，then add the complex into culture cells. Serum does not matter transfection effect，so no need to change the culture medium. Properties: 1. It can efficiently transfect various adherent and suspension cells，achieving a plasmid DNA transfection efficiency of over 90% in some adherent cells，with Fam-siRNA transfection efficiency reaching approximately 95%. 2. It shows significant transfection efficacy in difficult-to-transfect cells such as HT-22 and N2A neuronal cells，BV2 glial cells，Raw264.7 macrophages，K562 leukemia cells，and HCT116 and SW480 colon cancer cells. 3.
