L-Glutamine，Liquid(200mM)

Glutamine is an essential raw material for cellular synthesis of nucleic acids and proteins. In cell culture, glutamine deficiency leads to poor cell growth and even cell death. Therefore, an appropriate amount of glutamine is supplemented in the preparation of most cell culture media. Given its poor stability in aqueous solutions, glutamine should be prepared separately and stored at -20 °C. It shall be added to the culture medium immediately before use. If the culture medium containing glutamine is stored at 4 °C for more than two weeks, fresh glutamine needs to be replenished. The glutamine solution produced by Solarbio has a concentration of 200 mM and is filter-sterilized.
