Product applications: Used in Fluorescent pigment test for Pseudomonas aeruginosa. Instructions: Weigh 23. 0g of this product, heat and dissolve in 1000ml distilled water, and divide into test tubes. Autoclave sterilize at 121℃ for 15 minutes, set aside. Detection principle: Peptone provides nitrogen source; glycerol provides carbon source; phosphate salts stimulate fluorescein production and suppress pyrocromin production; magnesium sulphate provides essentioal cations essential for fluorescein production.
