1. Fixative solutions are harmful to humans. Exercise extreme caution during handling and ensure effective protection to avoid direct skin contact or inhalation. 2. When performing immunofluorescence staining，collect and reuse spent Ki67 mouse monoclonal antibody and anti-mouse Cy3. Typically，these can be reused at least five times. Discontinue use if cloudiness，precipitation，or other abnormalities occur. 3. During each wash step，thoroughly aspirate residual solution while maintaining slight moisture on the sample surface—do not allow it to dry. After the final wash，completely aspirate all remaining wash solution. 4. A fluorescence microscope or high-content analyzer capable of detecting both red and blue fluorescence is required. Product Description: Ki67 Cell Proliferation Assay Kit (IF，Red，Mouse mAb) is a detection kit that uses immunofluorescence staining to detect the expression level of the cell proliferation marker Ki67 to determine whether cells are in a proliferative state. The Ki67 mouse monoclonal antibody in this kit can recognize Ki67 in humans，mice，or rats. Therefore，this kit can be used to detect proliferation in human，mouse，or rat cells or tissue samples using fluorescence microscopy or high-content screening (HCS). This kit provides fixation solution，washing solution，blocking solution，primary antibody，fluorescently labeled secondary antibody，nuclear staining solution，and mounting medium; no other solutions need to be prepared. The blocking solution provided in this kit can complete blocking in approximately 10 minutes. After staining with this kit，Ki67 shows red fluorescence with a maximum excitation wavelength of 550 nm and a maximum emission wavelength of 570 nm; the cell nucleus shows blue fluorescence with a maximum excitation wavelength of 364 nm and a maximum emission wavelength of 454 nm. If detecting samples in a 96-well plate，this kit can detect 100-500 samples (antibody reused 0-4 times); if used for detecting samples in a 6-well plate，it can usually detect 25-50 samples (antibody reused 4-9 times); if detecting tissue sections，it can detect at least 50 samples.
