KGN Cell Plasmid DNA Transfection Reagent

KGN，also konwn as humana ovarian granulosa cells，is a steroid-producing ovarian granulosa tumor cell line. It is a useful model for studying the regulation of steroid production，cell growth，and apoptosis in human ovarian granulosa cells. However，due to its low affinity to transfection reagent，and sensitivity to toxicity of the reagents，conventional plasmid transfection reagent is not able to transfect KGN cells effectively and stably，and the cell motality is high.
