Determination of Significance: The molecular formula of isoferulic acid is C10H10O4, and there are usually cimicifuga root bark and bark, which has pharmacological effects of antipyretic, analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects. Measurement Principle: Separate soluble sugar from starch by 80% ethanol, then decompose starch into glucose by acid hydrolysis. The starch content can be calculated by measuring the glucose content using an anthrone colorimetric method.
