Iodixanol (60%)

Iodixanol is a non-ionic compound with low cell toxicity. Its molecular weight is 1550 with highly hydrophilic side chains. This product is sterile and of low endoxin. It is prepared with injectable water, with a density of 1.320 g/mL, and can be used for in vitro bioparticle separation such as moleculars, cells, and subcellular organelles including DNA, cytokines, lysosomes, endoplasmic reticulum, peroxisomes, T lymphocytes, and natural killer cells.
