They are not only sensitive to transfection reagent toxicity，but also have low cell membrane permeability. Regular transfection reagent is difficult to transfect external nucleic acid such as DNA，siRNA，mRNA into endothelial cells，and can kill large amount of culture cells，too. Huvec siRNA/miRNA Transfection reagent exhibits briliant siRNA transfection efficiency，can transfect human umbilical vein endothelial cells，pulmonary artery endothelial cells，etc. ，achieving a transfection rate of ~90% in Huvec cells. Notably，Huvec is made of biodegradable materials，totally overcoming high cytotoxicity of normal transfection reagents，achieving only 8% of endothelial cells death. Above all，Huvec siRNA/miRNA transfection reagent is ideal choice for siRNA/miRNA transfection in endothelial cells. This reagent is for small molecular nucleic acids like siRNA/miRNA. Properties: 1. Effectively transfects human umbilical vein endothelial cells，pulmonary artery endothelial cells，achieving a transfection rate of ~90% in Huvec cells. 2. With very low cytotoxicity，and employment of degradable material，the transfected endothelial cell motality is only 8%. 3. It is easy to conduct，Opti-MEM is not required.
