Human NK Cell Sorting Kit (Negative Selection)

This kit employs a negative selection approach to isolate NK cells from human PBMCs via column-free magnetic separation. During the process, antibodies and magnetic beads do not touch NK cells, maximally preserving their pristine state. The kit labels non-NK cells with biotin-conjugated antibodies, incubates the cells with streptavidin-coated nano-magnetic beads, and then performs column-free separation using a magnetic field. Target cells require only transfer to a fresh tube for separation. Isolated cells are immediately ready for downstream applications such as flow cytometry, cell culture, and functional assays.
