Product introduction: The biotinylated antibody developed by Solarbio Corporation was purified into high-purity IgG components by affinity chromatography. The imported activated biotin (hydroxysuccinimidyl ester, BNHS) was covalently cross-linked to the IgG molecule of the antibody. "Biotinylated human IgG-labeled samples can be detected by enzyme-labeled or fluorescently dye-labeled avidin or biotin-avidin complexes." This product contained 0.2mg of human IgG in 0.1ml.
