Human Gastric Epithelial Organoid Medium

Aliquoted organoid media should be stored at -20℃ for two years to avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles. The thawed medium can be stored at 4℃ and is recommended to be used within two weeks. Organoid media contain bacterial and fungal antibiotics. The organoid medium should be thawed in a four-degree freezer, the thawed medium should be mixed upside down and mixed thoroughly, and the medium should be aliquoted in a sterile biosafety cabinet or clean bench, 10ml aliquots are recommended. Store the aliquot medium at -20 ℃, take out the aliquot medium and thaw it before use. The self-renewal of gastric epithelial cells is driven by the proliferation of stem cells and their precursor cells. Human gastric epithelial organoids exhibit most of the characteristics of the gastric epithelium in terms of structure, cell type composition, and self-renewal. Useful for the study of human gastric epithelial homeostasis and diseases.
