Human Gastric Cancer Organoid Medium

Aliquoted organoid media should be stored at -20℃ for two years to avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles. The medium can be stored at 4℃ after thawing, and it is recommended to use it within two weeks. Organoid media contain bacterial and fungal antibiotics. The organoid medium needs to be thawed in a four-degree freezer, the thawed medium is turned upside down and mixed thoroughly, and the medium is aliquoted in a sterile biosafety cabinet or clean bench, and 10ml aliquots are recommended. Store the aliquot medium at -20 ℃, take out the aliquot medium and thaw it before use.
