Human Breast Organoid Medium

Aliquoted organoid media should be stored at -20℃ for two years to avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles. The thawed medium can be stored at 2-8℃ and is recommended to be used within two weeks. Organoid media contain bacterial and fungal antibiotics. The organoid medium should be thawed in a four-degree freezer, the thawed medium should be mixed upside down and mixed thoroughly, and the medium should be aliquoted in a sterile biosafety cabinet or clean bench, 10ml aliquots are recommended. Store the aliquot medium at -20 ℃, take out the aliquot medium and thaw it before use. Human Breast Organoid Medium is a chemically defined cell culture medium for the establishment and maintenance of normal human breast organoids. Breast organoids can proliferate and differentiate in vitro to form complete mammary ducts and mammary acinar structures, which provides a model for studying the developmental mechanism of normal mammary stem cells, progenitor cells and mammary structures.
