Human BDNF ELISA Kit

Anti-human BDNF monoclonal antibody was coated on a microplate label; Serial dilutions of standards and pre-diluted samples were added, respectively, and the human BDNF in the standard and sample would be well bound to the coated antibody on the plate; After washing, a biotinylated anti-human BDNF antibody is added, which binds specifically to the standard captured by the antibody-coated on the plate and the human BDNF in the sample; After washing, horseradish peroxidase (HRP)-labeled streptavidin was added, and biotin and streptavidin would undergo high-intensity non-covalent binding; If there are different concentrations of human BDNF in the sample in the reaction well, HRP will make the colorless TMB turn into a blue substance of different shades (positive correlation), and the reaction hole will turn yellow after adding the stop solution; Finally, the absorbance (OD) of the reaction well sample was measured at λmax=450nm (OD=450nm), and the concentration of human BDNF in the sample was proportional to the OD, and the concentration of human BDNF in the sample could be calculated by plotting the standard curve and four-parameter fitting software.
