High Purity Exosome Extraction Kit (Urine) is designed for isolating total exosomes from animal urine samples. It requires no ultracentrifugation—simply obtain large quantities of structurally intact exosomes from samples via routine centrifugation. This method is fast，straightforward，and highly efficient，saving significant experimental time and sample volume. The extracted exosomes can be used for various downstream applications based on experimental objectives，offering broad applicability. This kit is not suitable for extracting exosomes from saliva or milk. For saliva or milk exosome extraction，please select kits with other product numbers. The traditional method for isolating and extracting exosomes from urine is ultracentrifugation. This method is time-consuming and labor-intensive，often requiring 30-70 hours，processing a maximum of 6 samples per run，demanding large amounts of starting material，and yielding low output. This kit enables rapid，efficient isolation of high-purity exosome particles through simple centrifugation. The extracted exosomes remain intact and suitable for diverse downstream applications including functional studies，protein and RNA analysis，electron microscopy，and NTA particle size analysis. This kit processes 4 ml of urine per sample. Each 50T kit can extract approximately 200 ml of urine.
